The builder of a new 421-unit luxury apartment building in Bogota has unveiled the property’s vast selection of indoor amenities.Known as The Atwater, the complex at 1000 West Fort Lee Road is home to more than 30,000 square feet of offerings and common spaces for its residents, according to PCD Development.

The Atwater has officially launched leasing in Bogota, New Jersey. The riverfront development is located at 1000 West Fort Lee Road and comprises 303 rentals in addition to over 30,000 square feet of amenity spaces. Now complete, The Atwater is among the largest rental developments to be completed in New Jersey’s Bergen County.
