The Atwater has rolled out special limited time incentives available until January 10, 2022 on a select number of its luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments.

According to the firm, renters have flocked to The Atwater thanks in part to its waterfront location, connectivity and more than 20,000 square feet of amenity space. The 273-unit first phase of the community, located at 100 West Fort Lee Road, is now 90 percent leased.

The previous owners of the acclaimed Brooklyn Burgers & Beer restaurant in Park Slope, Brooklyn, are opening a new food and beverage concept in Bogota, New Jersey, this fall.Bogota Press Café, owned by local residents Sherry and Eric Solomov, will be situated in the ground-floor retail space at The Atwater, a luxury waterfront rental community. Atwater residents will be able to use a custom app to order and pay in advance, so food is ready upon arrival.

New rentals throughout New York City’s immediate suburbs have sustained high interest from Manhattan residents trading in smaller, cramped apartments for more luxurious homes and less congested neighborhoods.

The push into the suburbs that bolstered the Garden State’s home buying market in 2020 has also given momentum to a specific type of rental property: new-construction luxury buildings in non-traditional markets. These buildings offer upscale interior spaces, creature comforts and lifestyle amenities more typically associated with markets such as Manhattan, Hoboken and Jersey City.
